A covered terrace (75 m2) with printed concrete floor, new roof and jointed exposed stone walls, school tables and chairs available and an outside terrace under a pretty walnut tree (perfect when the sun is at its zenith!), garden furniture. Forge Adour gas grill (top of the range equipment).

The +: a relaxation area of about 35 m2, private and independent from the gîte.
This relaxation area includes a top-of-the-range whirlpool bath (Jacuzzi) for 5 people (3 seated and 2 lying down): guaranteed relaxation thanks to a bubbling bath which, thanks to small bubbles, offers a unique massage!
Private shower and WC in the relaxation area, herbal tea room, relaxation area with armchairs, large picture windows with a view over the countryside!

Private and/or communal parking (near the gîte and free of charge).
